This evokes memories of drinking Sangria with my chums from F-N-B after a big bike ride, just overlooking the busy traffic in Allston.
I’m only putting this here to have a handy accessible link to that one very lengthy post I made on Reddit (back when I languished for four years on that horrible site stemming the formidable tide of assouls there) abut RW threats and unstable Trump supporters.
The whole thread itself is a fairly insane testament to contentious (on Reddit? NO?!) users wrapped-up in bickering and gainsaying the legitimacy of the humor of a liquor billboard in Detroit (something about my little one-horse town just brings out the worst in RW d!ckheads).
At one point, I even encountered what I assumed was a bogus account claiming to be from the technologically-defunct region of Hamtramck (with a really piss-poor understanding of local geography) and politely pressed them as to why I never saw them contributing on /r/Detroit (a sub I was a regular on) since they claimed to be “so very concerned online with issues pertaining to their city” and offered them an invitation to share their opinionated contributions about Detroit on the very same relevant sub dedicated to it. They gave me an insincere fluff response of “Oh, wow, I think I will.”….of course, they never stepped-up to make an appearance.
And it was 100% because they knew the “cops posioned by shake shack” would make much more headlines than “cops lied about being poisoned” to get more people to think “wow these librals/anti cop/BLM people/ect are violent and dangerious”
Its straight up propoganda that they dont have to pay for.
