Maybe you have a DUI. Maybe you are trying to repair a relationship with someone estranged. Maybe you are struggling to get back into an education or vocation. Maybe it is the arduous but genuine journey to distance yourself from an addiction that had a terrible hold on you.
Don’t lose hope. Don’t give up over one stumble to a thousand compounding you at once. Don’t expect changes overnight.
Just remember where the compass points and keep pressing on….
It’s a poor scan, but if your eyes are not that old and gnarled, this selection from the Book of Lists gives us hope that it’s never too late to get busy on some things.

negative, photo-shopped memes designed to divide us (like the ones
rampant in 2016.)

a history lesson from 11 years ago during the BP oil spill crisis.
The man (Barton) Biden is criticizing is this guy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Barton -yeah, this guy had the fetid, toxic schlongs of all the major polluters and Big Energy/Big Oil in his mouth….when he wasn’t supporting death penalties and Trump and attacking Muslims and the LGBT community…and he still had time to post images of himself masturbating to random women, despite his attacks on Clinton’s inappropriate conduct in the late 90′s.
Many in the notes had wished Biden would be President, and they felt he said the right thing here about Government protecting those who cannot protect themselves and how this is not an attack on a poor, defenseless company (this was when GOP BS-ers were going full tilt bonkers by trying to suggest that bloated, faceless corporations had the same rights as individuals).
I'll believe he'll suffer consequences when it happens. This is good to see and all, but with the number of times it's been said, "Oh we got him now!" and then nothing has happened, I ain't putting any hope into this.
